ASUS ZenBeam E1 is a new ultra-compact projector capable of forming images with a diagonal of up to 120 inches. With support for the HDMI / MHL interface, this projector can work with a wide range of devices, smartphones, and streaming devices. A built-in rechargeable battery provides power with a capacity of 6000 mAh, which can also serve as a backup power source for a smartphone or tablet computer.
Design
The new ASUS ZenBeam E1 projector weighs only 307 grams, and its dimensions are 11 by 8.3 cm. The rugged all-metal projector body has a stylish design with elements of ASUS corporate identity, reflecting the Zen philosophy. The lens cap also received a distinctive mark – a pattern of concentric circles. The 6000 mAh internal battery provides up to 5 hours of continuous projector operation. In addition, it can act as a portable battery for smartphones and tablets.
Image Technology
The new ASUS ZenBeam E1 can project an image with a brightness of 150 lm and reproduce all the shades from the NTSC color space. Due to the LED light source, this projector provides more than 30,000 hours of operation. The ASUS ZenBeam E1 projector can project an image with WVGA resolution (854 × 480 pixels) and supports signal sources with recommendations up to Full HD 1080p. Due to the small projection ratio, the user can get a projection in size from 15 to 120 inches diagonally from a minimum distance.
